Terms and Conditions for SMS Program

By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Green Acres Pet Care LLC regarding:

• Appointment reminders

• Customer support

• Responses to inquiries

Messages will be sent on an as-needed basis in response to client inquiries and for appointment-related purposes. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on customer interaction.

Boarding and Daycare Policies


Check-Out Time: Check-out time is by 11:00 am on the day of pick-up. Pups still in our care after this time will incur an additional daycare fee of $30-$45 depending on the number of pups in our care.


Feeding Policy: If we provide food for your pup, there will be an additional charge of $5 per day. Prepackaging each meal is appreciated but not mandatory.


Cancellation Policy:

• 72+ hours notice: Full refund

• 48-72 hours notice: 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours notice: Full charge for the stay

• Early pick-ups with more than 48 hours notice: No charge (Excluding holiday stays, holiday rates apply)

• Early pick-ups with less than 48 hours notice: Full charge


Holiday Rates and Closures: Holiday rates are $80 per night for one pup and $130 (plus tax) for two pups in the same room. Holidays require a non-refundable 20% deposit. No pick-ups or drop-offs are allowed on major holidays, though pups will be cared for as usual.


Facility Closures: Green Acres Pet Care LLC will close for two weeks annually. These dates will be announced in advance, posted on our website and blacked out in our web portal.


Package Deals: Customers may purchase packages of multiple daycare days at a 10% discount, equating to one free day for every 10-pack purchased in advance.


Early Drop-Offs & Late Pick-Ups: Early drop-offs and late pick-ups may be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Please notify us by text if arriving outside of your scheduled time.


Personal Items: We are not responsible for damage or loss of any personal items, including toys, bedding, or other belongings. Limit items to essential items only.


Damage to Property: Pet owners are responsible for any significant damage caused by their pet to the facility or property.


Photo & Update Packages: Please message us and we will send photos and updates. Since we are a family run establishment we do our best to provide you with updates but the pups our the number one priority..
